Familiarization with GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION

In accordance with Article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use,” the state provides open access to state-owned mineral resources.
A legal entity or individual has the right to familiarize itself with the general part of the geological report of interest (the first book) in the republican or corresponding territorial geological fund with the right to make an extract based on the completed Instruction.

The cost of the service for copying GIs is determined in accordance with the Tariff of JSC “National Geological Service”

ACQUISITION OF GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Application to JSC “National Geological” Service in the form in accordance with Appendix 4 to the Order of the Minister of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2018 No. 380
5 working days after signing the contract and paying for the copying service
