Internal Audit Service
The Internal Audit Service is a single centralized body of the NGS, directly subordinate and accountable to the Board of Directors.
The service exercises control over the financial and economic activities of the NGS, assessment in the field of internal control and risk management, execution of documents in the field of corporate governance and consulting in order to improve the activities of the NGS.
Activities are regulated by the Regulations on the Internal Audit Service.
The main goal of the Service is to provide the Board of Directors with independent and objective information designed to ensure effective management of the NHS by introducing a systematic approach to improving the processes of risk management, internal control and corporate governance.

Date of birth: May 11, 1964
Education: In 1986 he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after. IN AND. Lenin, majoring in “Mechanical Engineer”, in 2003, Kyrgyz National State University named after. Balasaguna with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
Work experience: Over 20 years of experience in finance and economics.
He began his career in 1986. Over the years he worked as a design engineer, instructor and head of an insurance agency. I have been working in the field of finance and economics since 2000 in the positions of accounting accountant and chief accountant. From October 2005 to June 2007, chief specialist of the audit department of the oil and gas sector of the Interregional Tax Committee No. 1 of the Tax Code of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2007 to April 2009, head of the Internal Audit Service, head of the Audit Service for control over the financial and economic activities of Passenger Transportation JSC. From February 2011 to February 2013, Head of the Internal Audit Service of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care JSC. From October 2017 to May 2018, Head of the Internal Audit Service of KazMedTech JSC. From 2013 to 2017 and 2020 to 2023, he worked as a risk manager in various organizations of the quasi-public sector.
From August 2023 to the present – Head of the Internal Audit Service of JSC National Geological Service.
