Corporate Secretary
Corporate Secretary provides support for systematic communications between NGS and shareholders, shareholders and the Board of Directors, the Internal Audit Service, the Management Board and other bodies of NGS, between NGS and its key subsidiaries and affiliates.
Main responsibilities of a corporate secretary:
- assistance in timely and high-quality adoption of corporate decisions by the Board of Directors and shareholders;
- acting as an advisor to members of the Board of Directors on all issues of their activities and application of the provisions of the NGS Corporate Governance Code;
- monitoring the implementation of the NGS Corporate Governance Code;
- improvement of corporate governance in NGS and its subsidiaries and dependent organizations.
Activities are regulated by the Regulations on the Corporate Secretary

Date of birth: April 7, 1968
Education: Kostanay Pedagogical Institute, specialty “history and pedagogy”, qualification “methodologist, history teacher” (1985-1990), Kostanay State University, specialty “law”, qualification “lawyer” (1998-200), Certified Corporate Secretary ( 2012).
Experience:
In the period from 1990-1996. Deputy Director of School No. 4 in Rudny, Kustanay Region. From 1999 to 2010, she worked in various positions in organizations of private structures, public service of republican significance and in structures of the quasi-public sector.
From 2010-2023, Corporate Secretary of JSC “Kazakhstan Institute for Industrial Development”, JSC “Scientific Center of Anti-Infective Drugs” (2014-2018), NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” (2018-2023).
From July 2023 to the present – Corporate Secretary of JSC National Geological Service.
