Date of election to the Board of Directors: By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Company dated April 26, 2023 (Order No. 21-нқ) and the decision of the Sole Shareholder dated May 17, 2023 (Order No. 50-нқ), he was re-elected. Furthermore, by the decision of the Board of Directors of NGS dated June 2, 2023, he was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NGS (Protocol No. 04-2023-01).

2009-2013: Expert at the Department of Administrative and Legal Work, Chief Expert at the Department of Legal Services and Public Procurement, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2013-2014: Head of the Public Procurement Department, Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014-2015: Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Work, Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2015-2016: Deputy Head of the Healthcare Department, South Kazakhstan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016-2019: Director of the Department of Administrative Work, Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019-2020: Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2020-2021: Head of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development, Aktobe Region.
2021-2022: Director of the Subsoil Use Department at the Department of Subsurface Use, Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From October 2022 to the present: Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction, Republic of Kazakhstan.
