Cooperation in Geology and Education: The “National Geological Survey” and “Micromine Central Asia” Sign a Memorandum.

The Joint Stock Company “National Geological Survey” and “Micromine Central Asia” have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing partnership relations in the field of geology and education. The Chairman of the Geological Committee, Yerlan Akbarov, and the Commercial Director of Micromine PTY LTD, Nanket Ambroise Jean, participated in the event.

The Memorandum is aimed at establishing effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education and science, including geology, mining, project management, technical business management, information technology, and automation processes.

Within the framework of the memorandum, LLC “Micromine Central Asia” provides on a gratuitous basis 5 licenses of the mining-geological information system Micromine Origin & Beyond for a period of 12 months for non-commercial use. It will also conduct training for employees of JSC “National Geological Survey” on the use of Micromine software on a gratuitous basis.

The Chairman of the Board of JSC “National Geological Survey”, Yerlan Galiyev, stated:

We express our gratitude for the work done and the proposals that will be implemented within the framework of this Memorandum. This document serves as an excellent start to our partnership. The parties have agreed to cooperate on the basis of equality, good faith, respect, and trust. The development of the information exchange sphere in education and science will be carried out on the basis of mutual benefit.

 

This Memorandum is an important step in strengthening cooperation between the “National Geological Survey” and “Micromine Central Asia”, reflecting a common interest in the development of education and science in the field of geology and related areas.”
