Education:
In 1999, graduated from the Kazakh State Architectural and Construction Academy with a specialization in «Engineer-Economist», and in 2002, from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a specialization in «Lawyer».

Work Experience:
1999 to 2002 – Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2002 to 2004 – Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Department of Analysis of State Borrowing and Lending at the Department of Planning for State Borrowing and Lending;
2004 to 2006 – Deputy Director of the Department of Investment Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2006 to 2008 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Privatization at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2008 to 2013 – Head of several departments at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2013 to 2018 – Chairman of the Board of JSC «Company for Rehabilitation and Asset Management»;
From October 2018 to the present – Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Privatization at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
